NEIGHBORHOOD LIAISON
• Ownership has employed a Neighborhood liaison to be in direct contact with surrounding neighbors to address questions and concerns about on-going construction activities. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
• Lawn care is scheduled on a regular basis for areas outside of the construction fence onsite.
• Trash pick-up will be performed on a weekly basis for areas outside and inside of the construction fence.
• Snow will be removed from the site's adjacent sidewalks within 24 hours after snow stops falling, in accordance with City of Boulder regulations.
SECURITY
• During abatement and demolition, security guards were employed to patrol the site 7 days a week, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. in an attempt to prevent vandalism and crime to the property and surrounding neighborhood.
• The general contractor has set up a perimeter site fence with warning signage and an alarm system that will be active throughout the project's construction phase.
• Police will be alerted and dispatched for any trespassing or vandalism incidents. An affidavit of trespass has been executed by the ownership group, giving the police authority to charge any apprehended individuals.
• Police patrols have been increased in the area surrounding the 311 Mapleton site.
PROGRESS MEETINGS
• Monthly progress meetings will be held to update our neighbors on construction activities and to address questions or concerns.
• Weekly updates will be posted on the development website to provide a general overview of forthcoming work to keep everyone informed.
