• During abatement and demolition, security guards were employed to patrol the site 7 days a week, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. in an attempt to prevent 2 vandalism and crime to the property and surrounding neighborhood.
• The general contractor has set up a perimeter site fence with warning signage and an alarm system that will be active throughout the project's construction phase.
• Police will be alerted and dispatched for any trespassing or vandalism incidents. An affidavit of trespass has been executed by the ownership group, giving the police authority to charge any apprehended individuals.
• Police patrols have been increased in the area surrounding the 311 Mapleton site.
